The Office of Learning Abroad at Southern Utah University requires those participating in university travel to submit certain forms and follow policies. #Forms to go Offline#
The original iPEGS Direct App was developed to enable user to access and complete forms offline – when out in the field or on a face-to-face basis. Our aim is to provide a flexible paperless solution that works across multiple sectors and industries. Select a specific hour from the drop-down list of hour increments. This of course was not the case with paper forms going missing, unreadable handwriting, missing information and of course delays actually getting the forms back to the office – which of course required physically driving or posting the paper based forms. Their business was predominately government funded which required a huge amount of paperwork to be completed and processed quickly to ensure payment.
